Move sets are randomized, preferring same type (a Pokemon will learn more moves that share its typing. Static Pokemon, in game trades, and gift Pokemon are randomized completely Starters are randomized, but are basic Pokemon with 2 evolutions. Impossible evolutions are changed, with evolutions made easier (meaning Pokemon requiring trades will evolve by level up, and Pokemon that evolve at really high levels will evolve earlier). Pokemon types are randomized, but follow evolution lines. The list below explains everything that has been randomized. But not only that, I have randomized EVERYTHING!!!!! For extra timey, whimey-ness, I've made this a Pokemon Diamond nuzlocke, whose mascot is the legendary Pokemon of time, Dialga. I've combined some of her rules with my own, and added a bit of anything-can-happen flair by randomizing the heck out of the game. I have in this let's play, inspired by Sayleek's Doctor Who-locke.
